14-Day Grace Period
We offer a 14-day grace period from the date of purchase for digital downloads. If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your product, or believe the product was delivered incorrectly, you may contact us within 14 days for assistance.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement download
- Store credit
- A refund at our discretion
Non-Returnable Nature of Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product has been successfully downloaded and accessed, it is generally considered non-returnable. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with consumer protection regulations.
