What If Another Artist Already Leased The Beat Before I Bought It Exclusively?

If another artist licensed the beat before the exclusive purchase, their existing license remains valid under the original agreement. However, once the exclusive rights are sold, the beat is permanently removed from the store and no future licenses will be sold moving forward.
