This is another video series with inspirational tips and motivation to help rap artist that are struggling with writers block. This is a lyrical breakdown video where I have 2 rap verses by famous rap artists.

I have selected 2 sections in each verse and highlighted the meaning behind each line and the rap technique it took for the artist to write those lines.This video has the Nas rap verse from Triple Beam Dreams.

One of my favourite rap verse and completely underrated.Here I go deep into the lyrics of some of my favourite rap songs, the use of alternation, flow , wordplay, and storytelling with rap lyrics

This is the second video to the series of writing a rap verse. Here I do another breakdown of a hip hop song.

This time, it's Meek Mill verses in the song Ambition feature Wale and Rick Ross. These tips are just my own tips on how to write a rap verse, these tips don't have to be taken as gospel.

I made this video on how to write a rap verse video just to give confidence to rappers that are struggling with writing raps or just don't know where to start.

I feel that most rappers that have found this video, are just stuck in a bad mindset, my main goal of the video is to give some motivation and some belief to rappers that are stuck in rut.

Rap Flow Video Description

In this video, I share tips from my article on how to improve your rap flow. This video has four of the 10 tips you will need to help you improve your rap flow.

I put together some slide in the video to make help explain the video in much better detail.

Also, I feel that it helps me teach the topic of how to rap or rap flow techniques with much better focus and energy.

The main goal of this how-to rap series is the give rappers much-needed confidence to learn and practice their raps.

You can read the 10 tips of how to learn rap flow all day but if you don't have any confidence in your raps, it will show in your rap delivery.

Most up and coming rappers don't think of their rap vocals like an instrument.

Even if you think Young Thug or Cheif Keef's raps are wack, it doesn't matter. They still have shows to do they still have records to make they still need to practice and learn their raps.

Stop wondering about other rappers that you don't like a focus on developing your own raps and your own style.

This will take time and practice. A lot of people think rapping is easy because you see a couple of one-hit wonders get rich rapping.

It does happen. But the same goes for rock music, pop music, and dance music. All have un-talent musicians that can make money from music.

The biggest issue I see with rookie rapper wanting to learn how to rap is that they don't have the confidence in their raps or the discipline to learn how to get a better rap flow, or how to improve their rap delivery.

More information on this ↓↓↓↓↓↓ ???????? ✅ The main thing that you need to do is to showcase your creativity. It's fine to learn from other rappers. You have to set aside some time to find new skills to create your own rap style.

In this video, I go through steps 5 to 7 on how to improve rap flow. This video will help you find your rap voice.

The first point is all about experimentation, and how you can find your rap vocal when try to rap in different ways.

The more you try new ways to rap the more experience you develop.


One of my favourite documentaries about rap music is that of the art of rap hosted by ICE -T where he speaks to Eminem.

Eminem tells him that it was from learning from Treach that made him want to be a great Emcee.

In this video, I show you some examples of modern rappers styles and storytelling rappers and how they use their rap flow.

It's important that you have self-discipline and develop good habit start practising your craft all my tips won't be of any help without practising the tips I give out.

I also showcase a snippet of 2 Pac's verse from one day at a time where again I use it as an example of how to rap flow works and the strategic use wordplay in his rap lyrics.

Examples of famous rap flows and why we remember them. Nas liked to rap from the back of his throat, Biggie Smalls liked bounce, skip a beat. Biggie always had a more soft flow compared to that of Nas.

1:02 Nas has much more aggression in his rap voice. Even though he is still considered a story telling rapper his raps still carried some weight of emotion Slick rick or Shock G's raps came more from the nasal palette.

As for 2 Pac rap vocal was more emotional, it was said that you can feel 2 Pac bleed his words when he rapped.

2:20 Eminem was different in the sense that he had the 3 persona's that gave his lyrics and flow different movements. Eminem's rap voice can have aggression from his more angry Marshall Matters vocal or it can be more nasal sounding from the comic sound slim Shady .
